TRE® Tension, Stress Trauma Releasing Exercises 

TRE® is a body based (somatic) process which, when done properly, through a Certified TRE Provider can allow an individual to discharge stress, chronic tension and trauma from the body, which often does not require “revisiting the story” or trauma. (ie: verbally describing or talking about the traumatic experience)

TRE®’ is a Stress Reduction Method and Self-Care Tool.                                                                                                                                                         

This simple yet innovate series of exercises assist the body’s natural instinctive reflex mechanism in releasing muscular tension patterns of stress, tension and trauma.  Trauma can become stored in the soft tissues, creating muscular contraction to protect like a suit of armour.
