Appointments are  as scheduled for one-hour treatment, though there are additional options for your convenience. Should you prefer a more extended session lasting a seventy five minutes or an hour and a half, simply indicate your preference in the booking notes for a 75 minute or 90-minute treatment. You'll then receive a confirmation with a slight adjustment to the start time to accommodate your request. For optimal scheduling, hour and a half treatments are ideally reserved for the initial and final appointments of the day. Any necessary time adjustments will be promptly confirmed in your booking confirmation. In the morning, your session will commence half an hour earlier while the last appointment of the day will extend half an hour later to accommodate this preference seamlessly.
