Before Your Appointment

Insurance coverage varies depending on your individual benefits plan. Some providers may require a doctor's referral or have specific coverage limits. 

Please bring your insurance information to your appointment and confirm your massage coverage with your provider beforehand. 

Payment & Receipts

Direct billing is subject to approval by your insurance provider. If your claim is declined or only partially covered, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

Please have an alternative payment method available. 

If direct billing is unavailable for your insurance provider, a receipt will be provided for you.
